During pregnancy, there’s so much focus on packing your hospital bag, crafting your birth plan, and preparing the nursery—but what’s the plan for your emotional well-being after the baby arrives?
No one hands you an instruction manual. And many new moms often find themselves thinking:
“Is this how I’m supposed to feel?”

This 4-session package is designed to support you through one of the biggest emotional and physical transitions of your life.
Support Includes:
Two prenatal sessions during your 3rd trimester focused on preparing emotionally for labor, exploring shifting identities and roles with your partner, and building tools for postpartum well-being. For those with a partner and/or coparent, a couples session is recommended for one of these two sessions. (60 minutes each)
One *in-home* postpartum visit to check in, debrief your birth experience, and offer grounded support in the early days (2–4 weeks postpartum). *Within a 30 minute drive from Huntington, NY or may be done in-office/virtually if farther away. (60 minutes)
One in-office or virtual postpartum session 2 months after delivery to reflect, re-center, and strengthen your emotional foundation. (60 minutes)
In these 4 sessions, you’ll receive:
Concrete strategies for navigating this huge life transition.
Education about what’s considered “typical” and expected in the perinatal stage and when it might be time to seek additional support.
Dedicated time to slow down, feel seen, and make sense of the massive identity shift that comes with becoming a parent.
A personalized self-care plan.
Referrals to trusted providers if needed.
