Group Therapy
Group therapy can be an incredibly healing experience. It’s quite powerful to be in a space with others who truly understand what you’re going through and it can offer a sense of connection and relief. It’s reassuring to know you're not alone in your struggles, and the shared experience can really help you feel seen and heard.
