Hi, there.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience. I hold a Bachelor’s in Women’s Studies from Colgate University and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. After years of working in an outpatient eating disorder clinic in Manhattan, I transitioned to Long Island to start my private practice.

While my academic background certainly shaped me, it’s my roles as a wife, mother, sister, and friend that have taught me the most. I firmly believe lived experience is the best teacher and I bring all of myself to my work because authenticity, connection, and understanding are at the heart of what I do.

As a lifelong learner, I’m always deepening my skills. I trained at the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia in NYC, completed a one-year program in sex therapy at NYU School of Psychiatry, received intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and earned a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and the Seleni Institute.

I specialize in helping women navigate perinatal mental health, eating disorders, body image distress, and sexual dissatisfaction. My goal is to help you reclaim your well-being and reconnect with your authentic self.

One of my passions is working with women through the emotional and hormonal shifts of pregnancy, postpartum life, and perimenopause, offering a compassionate, whole-person approach.

When I’m not working or chasing my little ones around (why is it so hard to get them to brush their teeth?!), you can find me painting, reading, or watching an episode of one medical drama or another. I live in Huntington with my husband and our two children.
