When we begin working together, we’ll start with an initial session where we can get to know each other, talk about what’s brought you to therapy, and explore what you’re hoping to get out of it. We’ll also set some goals and create a plan to work toward them. I find that weekly sessions are the most helpful. But I also understand how busy life can get, so I can be flexible, including telehealth options, to fit what works for you.

  • Low sexual desire

  • Sexual pain

  • Desire to improve relationship satisfaction
